I.Job Requirements

1) High school, diploma, advanced diploma and above (Nursing and related major preferred);

2) Male and female, 18 to 30 years old (flexible for excellent candidates);

3) JLPT(The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) N4 level before departure (vary on requirement of certain employer);

4) Good health and fit for going abroad.

 

. Promissory benefits

1. Arrange candidates with qualified Japanese language go to Japan after passing the interview of Japanese clients.

A. Candidates accept Japanese language training and pass JLPT N3 examination in China, go to Japan and learn in Japanese language school with full scholarship provided by the Japanese clients for one year. After one year’s learning, Japanese clients will assist candidates to get enrolled into care and welfare specialized school, learning period is 2 years, every year Japanese clients will provide scholarship for paying tuition fee, candidates will bear the rest part of tuition fee and pay by month. Candidates have to work in the medical institution appointed by Japanese clients after graduation once they get certified care worker qualification;

B. Candidates accept Japanese language training and pass JLPT N2 examination in China, go to Japan and get enrolled into care and welfare specialized school, learning period is 2 years, every year Japanese clients will provide scholarship for paying tuition fee, candidates will bear the rest part of tuition fee and pay 20,000 JPY per month. Candidates have to work in the medical institution appointed by Japanese clients after graduation once they get certified care worker qualification;

Note: Japanese clients will choose between above-mentioned situation A and B before interview.

2. Japanese clients will arrange part-time work for candidates during study.

3. Candidates will get equal pay for equal work with their Japanese counterparts after working as certified care worker.

4. Contract Period: 4 years from working after graduation from care and welfare specialized school (the contract can be renewed by agreement between the two parties, candidates who resigned before completion of the contract have to pay back the scholarship provided by Japanese clients).
